Can you provide a list of accepted insurance plans at your clinic?

Please check with your health insurance carrier to verify your benefits and costs. For routine eye exams, we accept VSP and EyeMed.

Patients should bring their insurance card, ID, and any referral if required by their insurance.

Co-pays or deductibles are due at the time of the visit.
