Todd M. Bescak, D.O., FAOCO
Educational Background
Dr. Todd M. Bescak, a highly skilled Board Certified Ophthalmologist, obtained his B.A. in Chemistry from The College of Wooster, Ohio. He pursued his Medical Degree at the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency at Doctors Hospital in Columbus, Ohio, where he also served as Chief Resident.
Professional Experience
Dr. Bescak is known for his outstanding contributions to the advancement of Osteopathic Medicine and his proficiency in Ophthalmology. He generously volunteers his time and talents in both domestic and international mission work, catering to underprivileged and underserved populations. Due to his stellar work, the American Osteopathic College of Ophthalmology and Otolaryngology honored him as a fellow in 2015.
Dr. Todd M. Bescak is also a highly regarded ophthalmic surgeon known for his excellence in cataract and refractive eye surgery. With a passion for comprehensive ophthalmology and vision correction, he continuously brings new technologies and advanced concepts to the field.
As a leader among ophthalmic surgeons, Dr. Bescak has incorporated laser-assisted cataract surgery into his practice, further enhancing patient outcomes. Since establishing himself as a prominent figure in the area, he remains committed to delivering exceptional eye care and improving vision for his patients.
Personal Life
Dr. Todd M. Bescak has been a resident of the Eastern Shore since 2008. He lives in Berlin with his wife, Allison, their twin daughters (Olivia and Madison), and their only son (TJ).
Aside from being passionate about eye care, Dr. Bescak is known for his immense love for the outdoors and sports. During his time as an undergraduate at The College of Wooster, he played basketball for the varsity team. He also finds joy in running and has completed his first marathon in 2011. Additionally, both he and Allison actively participate in coaching soccer and baseball in Worcester County.
Embracing the Eastern Shore lifestyle, he has developed a passion for water sports and has become an avid golfer. Whenever he has spare time, Dr. Bescak enjoys traveling to explore new destinations.
Even with all of his achievements, Dr. Bescak remembers to give back to the community through volunteer work. He has been involved in various community organizations, serving on the board of directors for Worcester Youth and Family Counseling Services. He is currently a member of the Board of Trustees for Atlantic General Hospital.

Jason M. Yonker, M.D., FACS
Educational Background
Dr. Jason Yonker is a board-certified ophthalmologist with extensive training and a passion for education. He received his undergraduate degree in chemistry from West Virginia University with Magna Cum Laude honors, earning induction into the prestigious Phi Beta Kappa honor society.
Dr. Yonker pursued his medical doctorate from the same institution, following which he completed his ophthalmology residency with a focus on cataract and glaucoma surgery at the Kresge Eye Institute in Detroit, Michigan. Chosen by peers and faculty, he served as Chief Resident in his final year and later pursued a fellowship at the same institute.
Dr. Yonker’s love for teaching led him to become an assistant professor of ophthalmology at Wayne State University, where he served as the medical director of ophthalmology education. He taught the latest surgical procedures to ophthalmology residents and was responsible for the medical student curriculum.
Professional Experience
Dr. Jason Yonker has been an accomplished, board-certified ophthalmologist since 2008, with significant contributions to his field. He has published multiple articles and delivered lectures on glaucoma at the state level. He is also a fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and a member of the American Glaucoma Society, an esteemed organization that recognizes significant contributions to the field of glaucoma.
Dr. Yonker has also received credentialing as a fellow of the American College of Surgeons for his strong advocacy and commitment to ethical surgical practices. He has furthered his involvement in medicine at the state level by serving as a delegate to the Maryland State Medical Society and holding the position of Vice President for the Wicomico County Medical Society.
Additionally, Dr. Yonker serves as the director of Ophthalmology at Atlantic General Hospital.
Personal Life

Dr. Jason Yonker made the decision to relocate to the Ocean City area to be closer to his family and fulfill his desire to raise his children near his parents and sister. He moved with his wife, Dr. Preeti Yonker, a highly respected neurologist in Berlin, Maryland. He is excited about the opportunity to raise his daughters on the Eastern Shore alongside his family.
In his free time, he enjoys participating in triathlons, including completing the Ironman in Florida in 2008. Dr. Yonker is also a member of the Ocean City Marlin Club and finds enjoyment in fishing on the local waters of Delmarva.

Jason A. Williams, M.D.
Educational Background
Dr. Jason A. Williams is a board-certified ophthalmologist who earned his BS in Biology with honors from Hampton University. He obtained his medical degree from Rutgers New Jersey Medical School in his home state of New Jersey.
Professional Experience
Dr. Williams completed his residency training at the University of Pittsburgh Eye and Ear Institute and has been practicing medicine since 2005. He has been a pioneering figure in ophthalmic procedures throughout his career. Dr. Williams was an early adopter of femtosecond cataract surgery in his area, performing numerous successful cases.
With a particular interest in refractive surgery, Dr. Williams has utilized his knowledge and surgical skills for over a decade to enhance his patients’ uncorrected vision.
He has also been recognized as a leader in minimally invasive glaucoma surgery, pterygium removal, and premium lens cataract surgery.
During his time in central Pennsylvania, Dr. Williams served on the medical executive committee of a local surgery center and dedicated his time to volunteering in the EyeCare America program for nearly ten years.
Personal Life
Dr. Jason A. Williams recently joined Chesapeake Eye Center in 2020 after serving the central Pennsylvania region as an ophthalmologist for over ten years. Though he cherished his time there, Dr. Williams was happy to return closer to home by joining Chesapeake’s community.
He looks forward to exploring the area’s culture and attractions. In his leisure time, Dr. Williams enjoys traveling, sports, and spending quality time with his son and wife, Cherie.

Tracey Boss, O.D.
Educational Background
Dr. Tracey Boss has been a resident of Maryland’s Eastern Shore since 2006. As an optometrist with over 25 years of experience, she is strongly committed to delivering excellent eye care with professionalism, warmth, and compassion. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Cornell University and a Doctorate of Optometry from the New England College of Optometry.
Dr. Boss completed her internship in Boston, Massachusetts, and is certified by various boards, including the National Board of Examiners in Optometry, the International Board of Examiners in Optometry, and the Northeast Regional Examiners in Optometry. She also possesses specialty certifications in laser therapy for the anterior segment, Control of Infectious Disease, and holds advanced Therapeutic Optometry licenses in both Maryland and Delaware.

Dr. Tracey Boss is affiliated with several professional organizations, including the American Optometric Association, the Maryland Board of Optometry, the Delaware Board of Optometry, the American Academy of Optometry, the Optometric Retina Society, and Vision USA.
She has served as president of the South Central Optometric Association and was a nominee for the Maryland Board of Examiners in Optometry. Additionally, she is also an optometric consultant for GlaxoSmithKline.
With 16 years of practice on the Eastern Shore, Dr. Boss brings a wealth of experience to her role at Chesapeake Eye Center. She has specialized in pediatric eye care and treating complex neurologic conditions affecting the eyes. Dr. Boss also emphasizes the importance of clear and compassionate communication in providing outstanding patient care.
Personal Life
Dr. Tracey Boss cherishes her personal life outside of work, prioritizing quality time with family and friends. She engages in diverse activities like kayaking, horseback riding, hiking, and hang-gliding, with a special fondness for exploring state and national parks, including Assateague Island.
Additionally, Dr. Boss actively contributes to her community through volunteering and leadership roles. She is a proud parent to a college-bound daughter and a son in high school. Being an integral part of the Eastern Shore community brings her immense joy, and she eagerly anticipates meeting new individuals like yourself.
